Where do you ship from?

Every Sakura Aura piece is produced and fulfilled locally within:

United States
United Kingdom
Latvia (EU)

Your order is printed and shipped from the closest available facility to you — ensuring faster delivery and minimizing environmental impact.

2- Will I pay customs fees?

 

In most cases, no.

Since fulfillment happens within your region, customs duties typically do not apply.

If, due to availability, your order must ship from another facility and customs fees occur, simply send us the customs invoice.
We will fully reimburse any import charges.

Once you place your order, we take responsibility for everything beyond that point.

3- Delivery time

 

Production: 2–5 business days

Estimated delivery:
USA & Europe: 3–10 business days
Rest of the world: 6–18 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4- PRINTING

 

How are your pieces made?

We use premium Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing.

This method allows:

• High-detail precision
• A soft, natural feel on the fabric
• Long-lasting durability
• On-demand production — no overstock, no waste

Each piece is printed individually, never mass-produced.
